How to clear a disconnected login
1. With Sage 200 open, click the TOOLS icon on the top right hand side of the Sage
200 screen.
2. Select User Login Status and you will then see the screen shown below. Highlight all users listed on the first tab “Disconnected Logins” (Press and hold down the CTL key on your keyboard to select multiple lines). Then click LOG OFF;
3. This will only clear old, disconnected logins and will not kick any one out of Sage.
4. Try to access the original function again and the lock should be cleared.
